Mozzarella and tomato Ciabatta

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta
  • Tomato
  • Mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Garlic butter for brushing

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Start by cutting the ciabatta a few times, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Next, fill the incisions with sliced tomato, mozzarella, and basil.
  • Melt the garlic butter, which you can easily make by finely chopping a clove of garlic and mixing it with 30 grams of melted butter.
  • Brush the ciabatta with the garlic butter before and after baking at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
