- Tomato
- Mozzarella
- Basil
- Garlic butter for brushing
Instructions
Instructions:
- Start by cutting the ciabatta a few times, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Next, fill the incisions with sliced tomato, mozzarella, and basil.
- Melt the garlic butter, which you can easily make by finely chopping a clove of garlic and mixing it with 30 grams of melted butter.
- Brush the ciabatta with the garlic butter before and after baking at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
