Pocket tacos are super delicious and very easy to make. You can use what you like and create a nice dinner, a lunch on-the-go, or as an exciting variation to the more traditional taco.

Pocket tacos

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Minced meat
  • Taco seasoning
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Corn
  • Salsa

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Cut the tortilla wrap into two equal parts.
  • Place desired filling on one end.
  • Fold the wrap together into "triangles." Refer to the instructions in the video below.
  • Toast in a sandwich press, waffle iron, or simply a dry frying pan until it turns golden.
  • Serve and dip in sour cream, salsa, and/or guacamole.
