Bacon Wrap

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 handful grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Tortilla wrap
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Start by frying the bacon in a hot frying pan.
  • Then sprinkle some grated cheese over it and whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture over the bacon and cheese.
  • Before the omelet sets, place a tortilla wrap on top.
  • Once the omelet is firm, flip the whole thing over.
  • Fill it with what you like and serve.
