Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 handful grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Tortilla wrap
- Tomato
- Lettuce
Instructions
Instructions:
- Start by frying the bacon in a hot frying pan.
- Then sprinkle some grated cheese over it and whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Before the omelet sets, place a tortilla wrap on top.
- Once the omelet is firm, flip the whole thing over.
- Fill it with what you like and serve.
