Breakfast Ciabattas

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 2.5 dl cheddar cheese
  • 40 g shredded ham
  • 2 large eggs (3 small)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onions (if desired)

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Whisk together eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, ham, salt, and pepper.
  • Split the ciabatta rolls in half and place the filling on them.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (hot air) for 12 minutes.
