Breakfast Ciabattas
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 2.5 dl cheddar cheese
- 40 g shredded ham
- 2 large eggs (3 small)
- Salt and pepper
- Green onions (if desired)
Instructions
Instructions:
- Whisk together eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, ham, salt, and pepper.
- Split the ciabatta rolls in half and place the filling on them.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (hot air) for 12 minutes.
