Garlic and Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 400 g potatoes

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Spread the oil, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese evenly in an ovenproof dish.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the dish.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
