- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 400 g potatoes
Instructions
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Spread the oil, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese evenly in an ovenproof dish.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the dish.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
