Mini bananpannekaker
Ingredients
Ingredienser:
- 2 egg
- 2.5 dl melk
- 3 dl hvetemel
- 2 ts bakepulver
- 1/2 ts salt
- 2 ss sukker
- 75 g smeltet smør
- bananer (helst modne da det gir bedre smak)
Instructions
Fremgangsmåte:
- Visp egg, melk, mel, bakepulver, salt, sukker og smeltet smør sammen i en bolle.
- Skjær bananene i ca like store skiver.
- Dypp de på tur ned i røren før du steker dem i en varm panne med litt smør.
- Stek dem til de blir gylne og server.
