Fløyelsmyk eggerøre

Ingredients

Ingredienser:

  • 30 g meierismør
  • 6 egg
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 3 ss fløte

Instructions 

Fremgangsmåte:

  • Legg halvparten av smøret i en kjele og bland det sammen med eggene.
  • Rør jevnt på lav varme. Jeg bruker 4,5 på min platetopp, men prøv deg frem.
  • Så snart det begynner å bli fastere så legger du i resten av smøret.
  • Hell så i fløten rett før eggerøren er ferdig og du har ønsket konsistens.
  • Topp gjerne med litt gressløk om du har.
