Potato and Bacon Roses

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced potatoes (preferably using a cheese slicer)
  • Bacon slices
  • Melted garlic butter

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Begin by slicing the potatoes thinly.
  • Lay out strips of bacon and arrange the potato slices on top of each other.
  • Spread melted garlic butter over the slices before rolling them from one end to the other.
  • Place the potato roses in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 30-40 minutes.
