Mini-tacos are perfect finger food and a slightly fun way to serve chicken tacos. These also work well on a tapas table, and every bite is bursting with delicious flavors.

Mini Tacos

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 3 tortillas
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 0.5 dl cream
  • 1 dl shredded cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and sauté them in a hot pan with a bit of oil and taco seasoning.
  • Then, add finely chopped onion, bell pepper pieces, and cream. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the liquid is reduced.
  • Cut small circles out of the tortillas and fill them with the mixture.
  • Top the mini tacos with shredded cheese and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
  • Once they are done, garnish with finely chopped tomato, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa, then serve.
