Creamy Pepper Pasta

Ingredients

Ingredients: (for 2-4 persons):

  • 2 Red peppers
  • 1 Green pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red onion
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • 1 dl Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Chop the greens and mix with some olive oil. Cook until tender in the oven for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
  • Use a mixer to make a puree. Then add the cream cheese and cream.
  • Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Blend into the pasta and serve.
