This recipe for gratinated cupcake-potatoes is a definite winner for our cozy weekend dinner at home. The potatoes soak up delicious flavors and are also very elegant to serve. This part of the meal largely takes care of itself while you prepare the main dish or entertain your guests.

Potato in cupcake moulds

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 dl shredded cheese
  • 2 dl shredded parmesan cheese (+ some for topping)
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  • Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a bowl.
  • Mix in grated cheese, Parmesan, cream, and spices.
  • Next, layer the potatoes on top of each other in the muffin trays. If there is leftover cream and cheese mixture in the bowl, distribute this as a topping.
  • Bake the potatoes for 35-45 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before removing them from the tray using a spoon and serve.
