Potato in cupcake moulds

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 dl shredded cheese
  • 2 dl shredded parmesan cheese (+ some for topping)
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  • Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a bowl.
  • Mix in grated cheese, Parmesan, cream, and spices.
  • Next, layer the potatoes on top of each other in the muffin trays. If there is leftover cream and cheese mixture in the bowl, distribute this as a topping.
  • Bake the potatoes for 35-45 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before removing them from the tray using a spoon and serve.
