Potato in cupcake moulds
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 8 potatoes
- 2 dl shredded cheese
- 2 dl shredded parmesan cheese (+ some for topping)
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
Instructions:
- Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a bowl.
- Mix in grated cheese, Parmesan, cream, and spices.
- Next, layer the potatoes on top of each other in the muffin trays. If there is leftover cream and cheese mixture in the bowl, distribute this as a topping.
- Bake the potatoes for 35-45 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before removing them from the tray using a spoon and serve.
