Mango daiquiri with chili is an exotic cocktail with a bit of a kick. It’s a super easy drink to make but with a very delicious taste.
What’s brilliant about these frozen drinks is that you can prepare them in advance and pop them back in the freezer. Take them out about an hour before your guests arrive, and voila!

Mango Daiquiri with chili
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 300 g mango
- ½ chili (adjust to taste)
- 4-8 cl simple syrup
- ½ lime
- 8 cl white rum

- Start by making the simple syrup. This is easily done by heating, for example, 0.5 dl sugar and 0.5 dl water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Then, blend everything together, adjusting with more simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
