Fløyelsmyk eggerøre
Ingredients
Ingredienser:
- 30 g meierismør
- 6 egg
- 1/2 ts salt
- 3 ss fløte
Instructions
Fremgangsmåte:
- Legg halvparten av smøret i en kjele og bland det sammen med eggene.
- Rør jevnt på lav varme. Jeg bruker 4,5 på min platetopp, men prøv deg frem.
- Så snart det begynner å bli fastere så legger du i resten av smøret.
- Hell så i fløten rett før eggerøren er ferdig og du har ønsket konsistens.
- Topp gjerne med litt gressløk om du har.
