Start by peeling the kiwi and cutting it into evenly sized circles. Then, lightly pat the kiwi slices dry.
Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan.
Dip each kiwi slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle a bit of coconut flakes over the top of each chocolate-covered kiwi slice.
Chill them until the chocolate completely hardens and releases from the baking sheet.
