Kiwi with Chocolate and Coconut Drizzle

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 50-100 g melted chocolate
  • Some coconut flakes for topping

Instructions 

Instructions:

  • Start by peeling the kiwi and cutting it into evenly sized circles. Then, lightly pat the kiwi slices dry.
  • Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan.
  • Dip each kiwi slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle a bit of coconut flakes over the top of each chocolate-covered kiwi slice.
  • Chill them until the chocolate completely hardens and releases from the baking sheet.
