Passion Fruit Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 cl vodka
  • 2-4 cl malibu ((taste according to how much coconut you want it to taste like))
  • 3 dl ice ((add more for even more "slushy" consistency))
  • 2,5 dl passion fruit juice
  • 1 passion fruit

Instructions 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix vodka, malibu ,ice and juice in a blender and process until the ice is well crushed.
  • Adjust the amount of ice to the consistency you desire on the daiquiri.
  • Cut a passion fruit in half. Add the pulp from one part to the drink and use the other as a garnish.
