- 1 pack Oreo cookies
- 35 g butter
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 dl whipping cream
- 1/2 pack chocolate mousse (+ milk)
- Strawberries (preferably fresh, can also be raspberries)
Instructions
Instructions:
- Start by crushing the Oreo cookies, keeping a few aside for garnish.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies. Distribute and fill the cookie mixture at the bottom of the glasses.
- Next, whip the cream and add room temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth, forming the next layer.
- Prepare the chocolate mousse according to the package instructions; this will be the next layer in the glasses.
- Top it all off with some fresh strawberries and half an Oreo cookie for garnish.
